I met a man named Paul Shoemaker last week and he happens to run the Hike Tri Cities website as well as a podcast called Hike Healthy. We did an interview going into some of the logistics of hiking the Pacific Crest Trail and what I experienced/took away from my trip. It was an exciting opportunity for me to reminisce about some of my fellow hikers and a few of my memories on trail. As hiking season approaches us again, I can't encourage people enough to get out and enjoy some of the scenery around them. Every place has something, and every place is unique. Hike on and enjoy the warm weather that's on its way.
